Our Candles

CANDLE CARE: 

Burn your candle for at least 3 hours (8 ounce & 16 ounce jars and other specialty vessels) and 2-1/2 hours (5 ounce jars). Allow the wax to melt throughout all the edges of the jar. Doing this will ensure a nice and even melt each time you burn your candle. ALWAYS keep the wick trimmed to 1/4" each time before you burn and be make sure that any of the wick trimmings are discarded from the jar. NEVER burn your candle for longer than 4 hours for our larger jars and about 3 hours for our smaller jars. *Keep in mind that our larger vessels of 3 inches in diameter or more can take a few burns to achieve a melt pool that reaches completely to the edge. It's important to burn for 4 hours each time.*

Burn Times:

16oz - 85-90 Hours

8oz - 45-50 Hours

5oz - 25-30 Hours

Each Lavender Apothecary candle is made in small batches in sunny Southern California from soy wax derived from 100% American grown soybeans. We use cotton wicks that are lead and zinc free, creating a clean, environmentally friendly burn. Our candles are always phthalate free, non-toxic and made with premium grade fragrance oils infused with essential oils (some of our fragrance oils are not infused with essential oils). The fragrances we use will NEVER contain the following: Carcinogens, Mutagens, Reproductive Toxins, Organ Toxins or Acute Toxins. We are committed to creating a "clean" candle for you. 

Each mason jar candle has the word "Mason jar" stamped on the top of all four sides of the jar and also has "graduation measurements" stamped on two sides of the jar. It is tied with rustic twine and a handwritten scent tag, perfect touch for gift giving. Our jars can also be reused.
