Important information about our soy candles
Our candles are handmade and the nature of soy wax will sometimes have slight variations (for example: slight frosting like look or slight separations of wax from the jar, slight yellowing may occur as we do not use additives, some pooling of fragrance at top during warm weather). The benefits of using soy wax far out weigh these slight appearance issues. Soy wax has a longer burning time than other waxes and burns clean. It also retains more fragrance. Please know that this is completely normal and will not affect your candle or the fragrance at all. Once you begin to burn your candle these variations will dissipate. However, if for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to refund the purchase price of the candles. Please contact us and we will do our absolute best to work with you for a positive outcome! We want you to be 100% satisfied and will do what is needed to rectify any issue or possible problem.
