Shipping policy

All of orders are shipped by USPS and will take two to three days to arrive once the order is shipped.

If there are any issues with your delivery please contact our shop and we will be happy to assist in tracking your order. We package our candles very carefully and with lots of care. If for any reason your order does not arrive in acceptable condition please let us know right away so we can remedy this for you immediately. We want you to be 100% satisfied!

Lavender Apothecary  is not responsible for any lost, stolen or missing packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. In the instance that your package is lost, stolen or missing, you will need to file a claim through your local USPS office. However, we will assist you in tracking and in any other way that we can.
